We arrived for a quick Sat-Tues stay and had a great experience, starting with our check in. The front desk agent was very friendly and provided one of the best check in experiences we’ve had for our multiple stays at the Tidelands – and it was only his second week on the job. Our overall stay was great and Nate & Lauren at the pool bar were awesome! Aside from our room phone not working, everything else was on point and the service team did a wonderful job with all of our requests. We certainly look forward to staying there again!
